"In the event of a serious motor vehicle crash, the harness webbing restraining the child may break", the Safety Recall Report states.

The models on recall include 1871689, 1908152, 1813074, 1872691, 1853478, 1877535, 1813015 and 1794334.
The possibly defective seats were manufactured on July 22, 2014.

The seats in question failed the NHTSA's tests. Graco eventually traced the issue back to a single batch of webbing.
No injuries have been reported.
Graco reportedly will replace the harnesses free of charge.
