Australian model, presenter and recording artist Ruby Rose has proved herself worthy of being in Taylor Swift's exclusive girl squad.
Perry dropped her newest track "Swish Swish" featuring Nicki Minaj on Friday morning and it's a certified banger.
Fans quickly began speculating that the song's fiery lyrics were about Taylor Swift, with whom Perry has a longstanding feud.
Rose also called out Katy out for the hypocrisy of becoming a "political activist", referencing her work on Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign, only to stoop so low with this song.
Ruby Rose, who has stuck up for Swift on Twitter in the past, is not a fan.
The Australian actress and DJ wrote: "Not gonna lie Nicki is great on it and basically the only part that doesn't sound a mess".
"Pink Ferragamo sliders on deck/Silly rap beefs just get me more checks/My life is a movie, I'm never offset / Me and my amigos, no, not Offset", she spits, serving up a dizzying display of wordplay. It all began when Swift's backup dancers left her world tour to join Katy's world tour.
She added that on the new album, "there is no one thing that's calling out any one person", but Katy didn't stop there.
'One thing to note is: You can't mistake kindness for weakness and don't come for me. In her anti-Katy Perry tweets, Ruby Rose stopped short of starting a feud with Minaj. I'm sure they will try to make it the biggest song on Katy's next album.
After Katy's fans responded to her tweets in their droves, Ruby wrote, "You are her fans you should buy all her songs so the songs will finally chart".
So, three years after Taylor Swift released "Bad Blood", the pop wars live on. "If as many as tweeted me bought her last 3. the'd (sic) be hits".
Not to mention, the Chained To The Rhythm performer all but promised a response track to TayTay's Bad Blood during her recent EW interview.
